Requirements

Candidates must be enrolled in a degree program and have completed at least one full academic year of undergraduate study (sophomore status or higher) at the time of application
Actively pursuing an undergraduate degree in marketing, journalism, communications, business, or a related degree program
Ability to work part-time throughout the internship experience beginning September 2026
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

Strong academic background, with a preferred GPA of 3.5 or above
Relevant internship, work experience, or involvement with professional clubs/organizations
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
Curiosity and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, time management, analytical, and adaptability skills

Responsibilities

Support the administration and coordination of foundation grant processes and community sponsorship activations
Engage with nonprofit organizations to support community impact initiatives and volunteer programs
Assist in planning and executing grant announcement events, volunteer activities, and community engagement opportunities
Prepare internal and external communications, presentations, and materials related to foundation and community investment programs
Track campaign performance metrics and assist in developing event summaries, ROI analyses, and impact reports
Build professional relationships with nonprofit leaders, community stakeholders, and internal business partners
Shadow foundation professionals to gain exposure to strategic philanthropy, corporate citizenship, and stakeholder engagement
Contribute to team goals, special projects, and other duties as assigned
Potentially present internship project outcomes and key learnings to senior leadership at the conclusion of the internship
