AARP Foundation is the charitable affiliate of AARP, dedicated to ending senior poverty by fostering economic opportunity and social connectedness for vulnerable older adults. We operate a public interest law firm that engages in impactful litigation across federal and state courts nationwide to protect the legal rights of individuals aged 50 and older. Our work addresses unlawful government and industry practices to enhance the well-being and community engagement of older adults. This paid internship offers a rising third-year or advanced degree law student the chance to contribute to ending senior poverty through litigation, gaining valuable public interest law experience. The anticipated start date is Summer 2027.
