About The Position
Dolly Parton's Stampede is actively seeking members to join our team as Greeters. This role involves welcoming, greeting, and directing guests, providing information about their visit, and answering questions related to the performance. The Greeter will also offer drinks and snacks, ensuring they exceed guest standards of quality. The position requires the ability to get along well with guests and fellow employees, maintain a professional business relationship, work at a rapid pace, assist in other areas as requested by management, and maintain regular and reliable attendance.
Requirements
- At least 16 years of age.
- High school diploma / GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming, greeting and directing the guests as to what will take place in their visit by being as informative as possible.
- Answering questions related to the performance.
- Offering guests' drinks and snacks, which exceed our guest's standards of quality.
- Must get along well with guests and fellow employees and maintain a professional business relationship at all times.
- Must work at a rapid pace.
- Must help in other areas/departments as requested by management.
- Must maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance at the job.
