About The Position
Join the excitement at Dolly Parton's Stampede Dinner and Show! We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic individuals to join our gift shop team. This role involves interacting with guests, managing sales, organizing merchandise, and providing information about our performance.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Ability to stand and walk continuously on level ground and up/down steps.
- Ability to hear continuously at a conversational and high acuity level.
- Willingness to work in environments with occasional temperature and humidity changes.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they enter the gift shop and inform them about products.
- Operate a POS system to process transactions accurately, including payment collection.
- Tag, stock, and organize merchandise within the gift shop.
- Be prepared to answer guest questions regarding the performance.
- Assist with cleaning duties in the gift shop and Saloon area as needed.
- Potentially cross-train for greeting and face-painting duties.
