About The Position

The Greeter is the friendly and helpful face of TOA – generally, the first person who interacts with our patients and their families. The Greeter sets the tone for a great patient visit by professionally and compassionately attending to the patients as they arrive for their appointment at TOA.

  • High School Diploma required

Nice To Haves

  • Previous successful experience in a healthcare clinic/office environment or customer service role preferred, but not required
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients as they arrive for their appointment.
  • Provide clear directions to registration desk, other departments and staff, and assist as needed.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service and patient focus to make each encounter as positive as possible.
  • Assist with mobility needs, such as wheelchair access.
  • Answer general inquiries and communicate important information to clinical or administrative staff when needed.
  • Help prep clinics daily for upcoming appointments.
