Requirements
- A caring individual with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in customer service or healthcare is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients, families, and visitors with a warm and professional first impression.
- Assist patients entering and exiting vehicles, providing wheelchairs or other mobility aids as needed.
- Escort or transport patients to their destinations within the hospital and provide clear explanations of services.
- Maintain a clear and organized hospital entrance for efficient drop-off and pick-up.
- Support the pick-up and drop-off of lab samples, ensuring proper handling procedures.
