SUMMARY: Maintain an atmosphere of confidentiality and professionalism when greeting patients and direct them to appropriate department. Ensure smooth and expedient flow of patients within the health center. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: All duties are subject to accommodation in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) · Greet and interact with patients, visitors and guests in a professional manner · Communicate effectively with clinical team including providers, nursing, and other administrative staff · Responsible in receiving and signing for incoming delivery packages · Collaborates with security staff to notify of arising emergencies on premises · Resourceful in problem solving and conflict resolution
