About The Position

The Greeter position is in the Pool department. This role involves significant guest interaction, including taking orders, performing clean-up duties, and handling clerical responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be able to anticipate guest needs, be readily available to serve at all times, and maintain daily records. A key aspect of the role is maintaining awareness of activity in the area to ensure prompt customer service. Secondary responsibilities include being knowledgeable about the menus of all outlets and the hotel's facilities and activities. Flexibility to make schedule changes and rotations is also required.
