Join our team as a Greeter/Host(ess) at Tidal restaurant and be the welcoming face of our establishment. We are seeking an enthusiastic candidate who can greet guests with a smile and assist them with inquiries. As a Greeter/Host(ess), you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression, managing check-in and check-out processes, and delivering outstanding hospitality to our guests.

Requirements

Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication skills
Read, write and speak English fluently

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Experience with cash handling, payment processing, and point-of-sale (POS) systems
High School diploma or equivalent
