About The Position

The Greet Team Manager is specifically responsible for driving net membership growth at their Club. This involves leading and developing greet team members towards excellence and success, delighting new members, and tackling sales goals with drive, intensity, and passion. You are expected to be relentless in gathering details about prospective members to help them start their fitness journey and achieve their goals, serving as the driving force behind the growth of the Club, your team, and its members.

Requirements

Proven ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
Must have a valid New Mexico driver’s license (with acceptable driving record) and own means of transportation (registered and insured)
Must have managerial experience in service, health, fitness or related industry
PC literate, including Microsoft Office and various other products such as CSI, QuickBooks, etc.
Must have a valid CPR/AED certification, including infant and child, within the first 45 days of employment and maintain valid certification throughout employment
Must be able to work weekends and evenings as needed

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field, preferred

Responsibilities

Achieve all Club monthly sales goals & non-member closing percentage
Achieve retail sales revenue goals including drinks, bars, etc.
Oversee membership sales initiatives including open houses, special membership events, promotions, closeouts, etc.
Achieve net membership growth through leading effective in-club collection efforts
Resolve and report all incidents of inappropriate behavior being displayed
Capture and retain details on all new membership leads
Responsible for maintaining a clean, professional presentation at all times
Recruit, hire, train, oversee and motivate staff; highly functioning team
Schedule and complete weekly training sessions with your team
Other duties as assigned
