About The Position

As a member of the Detail team, the Greet Team Member is expected to have a relentless passion for the little things, being diligent and determined to inspire, empower, and support a culture of cleanliness. This role aims to improve the lives of both team members and club members by striving for constant and never-ending improvement and demonstrating an unyielding commitment to detail. The Detail Team Member is responsible for ensuring the highest level of facility cleanliness and safety through proactive monitoring and completion of assigned custodial tasks. Excellent customer service is also expected through daily duties and interactions.

Requirements

• Must be able to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision
• Must be available and able to work any day of the week including holidays
• PC literate
• Must have a valid CPR/AED certification, including infant and child, within the first 45 days of employment and maintain valid certification throughout employment
• Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-pace work environment
• Must have basic report writing skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in a similar position or in janitorial service preferred

Responsibilities

• Detail, clean and disinfect all areas of the Club; internal and external including walkways and parking lot
• Routinely complete walkthroughs which include but are not limited to trash removal, locker room spot cleaning and re-racking weights
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks assigned by Defined Fitness Management
• Communicate regularly with all team members in a polite and respectful manner
• Keep the facility organized for members to utilize throughout the day
• Assists with large projects such as painting under supervision
• Other duties as assigned
