About The Position

Beechmont Country Club is seeking a motivated part-time Greenskeeper to contribute to a positive experience for members and guests while growing their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. This is a seasonal position lasting 6 months or less, typically from August through October 2026, with end dates potentially varying based on school schedules and weather conditions. The role involves assisting with daily golf course maintenance and setup, mowing turfgrass, maintaining bunkers, trimming, edging, and performing general grounds maintenance. The Greenskeeper will also assist with course projects, operate basic grounds maintenance equipment safely, and maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment. Other duties may be assigned by management.

Requirements

• Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Nice To Haves

• Previous golf course, landscaping, or grounds maintenance experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assists with daily golf course maintenance and setup.
• Mows and maintains turfgrass and landscaped areas.
• Rakes and maintains bunkers.
• Trims, edges, and performs general grounds maintenance.
• Assists with course projects and improvements.
• Operates basic grounds maintenance equipment safely.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Golf Course Superintendent or management team.
