Pinehurst Country Club is now recruiting for Greenskeeper I and II candidates for the 2026 Season! These are Full-Time, Seasonal positions generally April through October. We have an awesome team, and we would love for you to join us! Position Summary The Greenkeeper 1 will be required to perform basic maintenance to the club grounds. All employees should be punctual, have a good attitude, a strong work ethic and enjoy a team atmosphere.
Requirements
- No golf course experience necessary
- Ability to operate small engine equipment
- Ability to operate small utility vehicle assigned by supervisor
- Ability to work as a member of a team
- Basic knowledge of the game of golf
- Detail oriented and interest in helping to maintain a high-end private club
Responsibilities
- Attention to details
- Any additional duties assigned by supervisor
- Cleaning, picking up trash, etc.
- Hand Rake Bunkers
- Line trimming and rotary mowing
