About The Position

Greenskeeper I at Ibis Landing in Lehigh Acres, FL. This is a Full-Time position seeking a motivated individual interested in contributing to a positive experience for members and guests while growing their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Requirements

• Must have mechanical knowledge
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Regular and reliable attendance

Responsibilities

• Performs general landscape maintenance using handheld equipment
• Rakes and maintains sand bunkers
• Operates small machinery to assist with edging, trimming, and mowing
• Prepares soil beds for sod, seed, and vegetative material
• Performs tasks related to course detail (weed and debris cleanup)
• Assists with golf course set-up procedures
• Operates utility vehicles for hauling material and removing debris
• Performs skilled duties based on experience (pruning, plugging, etc.)
• Operates equipment safely and is aware of associates and their respective work areas
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance
• Performs other duties as required
