Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Greenhouse/plant knowledge required
• Ability to lift 50lbs.+/- as needed
• Ability to work nights and weekends as needed
• Computer knowledge required

Nice To Haves

• Retail experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service at all times
• Loading/unloading plants/merchandise
• Caring for and watering plants daily
• Making live plant orders based on inventory needs
• Keeping accurate inventory levels at all times
• Assisting customers with plant purchases
• Answering any questions that customers may have regarding live plants
• Following all safety procedures
• Maintaining a clean & organized work environment
• Providing excellent customer service to customers throughout the store
• Performing any other assigned duties around the store
• Loading/unloading customers’ vehicles & vendor delivery trucks
• Stocking/pricing merchandise
