About The Position

You cannot quit smiling and you live to please our guests! As a Guest Attendant, you play an important role in ensuring the smooth, efficient operation of the Great Hall. You are responsible for the effective flow of guests through both the cashiers’ area and the dining area and maintaining an accurate account of sales. You will happily ensure all stock remains full, while maintaining the highest standard of cleanliness throughout the Great Hall. You are the key to providing a positive animated dining experience for all guests!

Requirements

Secondary Education Diploma or Equivalent
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a high-volume establishment an asset.
Experience as bartender, server, busser and cashier an asset.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the cash and bussing requirements of the front of house for the Great Hall.
Ensuring that all small wares and products remain fully stocked.
Make coffee.
Fully stock all confectionary items.
Ensure the deck and tables are cleared of snow and garbage daily.
Notify supervisor on product shortages.
Cash handling, organization and balancing.
Make drinks and work the bar in order to cover breaks.
Assist with inventories, and various tasks as requested.
Ensure excellent merchandising of products, impeccable cleanliness, safety awareness, and security standards.
Recommend necessary maintenance requirements to supervisor.
Nurture positive, professional communication between all employees.
Maintain an open, honest two-way communication to any and all departments.
Actively participate in any and all resort promotions.
