About The Position

The Gravy Room Operator is responsible for mixing gravy solutions, setting up and operating the gravy machine, and performing related tasks to ensure efficient production. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The operator will also be responsible for maintaining a clean work area, performing light maintenance, and assisting in other areas as needed.

Requirements

• Able to read and write English
• Able to lift 50-pound bags of ingredients
• Basic math skills are a must
• Able to use ladders safely
• Flexible with start times of work as they may vary with production needs
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Nice To Haves

• Obtain a pallet Jack and Forklift license within the first 2 weeks on the job

Responsibilities

• Mix Gravy solution
• Set up and tear down gravy machine
• Able to adjust gravy machine
• Take out garbage
• Haul cardboard
• Complete the necessary paperwork
• Obtain a pallet Jack and Forklift license within the first 2 weeks on the job
• Keep area organized and clean
• Do light maintenance
• Work independently
• Willingness to help in other areas when there is no gravy to make
