About The Position

Assist the Graphics Services Manager in managing external vendor projects for printing and converting at Belmark. The role helps ensure consistent, high-quality print output through the application of design principles and color-management practices. It requires understanding external-vendor workflows, print production, and color control from pre-press through manufacturing, both in theory and practice. The Graphics Coordinator serves as a link between Pre-Press and Production, helping ensure color-management standards are understood, implemented, and followed. The role also provides artwork and production guidance—including file specifications, setup requirements, print recommendations, and graphic consultation—to support print performance and conversion into finished products. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Some overtime and occasional overnight travel may be required. A pre-employment drug screening is required if offered the position. Regular attendance and compliance with safety and food-safety (SQF) requirements are essential. The work takes place in normal office and manufacturing environments, with possible exposure to vibration, noise, and chemical odors. Non-sales job postings are limited to residents of Wisconsin and Arizona.
