About The Position

Inflow is hiring a Graphic Media Artist/Designer to support its Government contract and USAF readiness and future operations training. The position designs and develops Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI), including graphic illustrations for courseware. The successful candidate will help shape courseware’s visual style and human interface, and work with courseware that may be delivered in a variety of formats. The role uses contractor-supplied hardware and software and is based at a client site in Universal City, Texas; the address is disclosed after clearance verification.

The employee will work alongside Government civilians, other Government contractors, and Instructional System Designers. An active Secret clearance is required.

Requirements

• Possess an active Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, multimedia development, and/or digital media.
• Five years of experience in graphic design and Interactive Multimedia Instruction development.
• Experience with a USAF learning management system.
• Familiarization with USAF Readiness Training courseware development.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI), including graphic illustrations for courseware material.
• Help build the look, feel, and human interface function of the courseware.
• Develop courseware for delivery in a variety of formats using appropriate development, graphic tools, and delivery media.
• Use contractor-supplied hardware and software for courseware development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
