You will collaborate with a small design team, including brand and motion designers, to ensure brand consistency and efficient workflow. The goal is to turn visitors into leads, keep Synera top-of-mind, and create graphics that capture attention in a competitive market.

  • Understanding of responsive web design principles and ability to design implementable layouts.
  • Experience creating assets across multiple channels: web, social media, email, print.
  • UX thinking: ability to map user journeys, structure information hierarchy, and design for specific audience segments.

  • Comfort working in Webflow for landing pages, content updates, and layout tweaks.
  • Strong English skills for an international business environment.
  • Resonance with Synera's Core Values.

  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, heatmaps).
  • Experience with design systems at scale.
  • Print production experience.
  • B2 French for expansion to France.

Responsibilities

  • Turn value stories into visitor journeys that generate leads by translating value stories into visual narratives and mapping journeys that guide each audience from first touch to demo request.
  • Design landing pages, campaign visuals, infographics, and interactive content, thinking in funnels, iterating based on data, and measuring conversions.
  • Own the Synera website's design, including new pages, redesigns, layout optimizations, and design system maintenance.
  • Make website changes such as updating content, spinning up landing pages, or tweaking layouts, and maintain/extend the website design system.
  • Build repeatable, automated design workflows using tools like n8n, Claude, or Nano Banana to scale asset production and templatize recurring formats.
  • Document AI workflows for team use.
  • Create assets across every marketing channel, including social posts, email headers, event collateral, trade show materials, one-pagers, whitepapers, and ads.
  • Collaborate within the design team on brand evolution, design system, and shared asset libraries.
  • Coordinate with the brand designer on brand and asset production, and with the motion designer on animation and video.
