About The Position

Window Nation is seeking a Graphic Designer to join their in-house Creative team. This role will partner with the Creative Manager, copywriters, and cross-functional marketing teams to develop compelling creative assets for both national campaigns and local market initiatives. The designer will contribute ideas, ask thoughtful questions, and take ownership from concept through final delivery, helping to shape integrated marketing campaigns that are visually compelling and performance-driven. The company is expanding nationwide and operates in over 40 markets, offering the opportunity to influence how millions of homeowners experience the brand through various channels including digital campaigns, social media, direct mail, video, and broadcast.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field
  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience in an in-house creative team or agency environment
  • Experience supporting integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating excellence across print, digital, branding, and motion/video design
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro
  • Experience creating creative for performance marketing and customer acquisition campaigns
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Concept and design creative assets across integrated 360° marketing campaigns
  • Create engaging work for print, digital, paid social, email, web, display advertising, outdoor, broadcast, and direct mail
  • Design high-performing landing page graphics, social content, brochures, signage, presentations, and other customer-facing marketing materials
  • Develop motion graphics and support video editing for advertising, social media, and brand storytelling
  • Translate marketing strategies into cohesive visual campaigns that strengthen brand consistency across multiple markets
  • Collaborate closely with Creative, Digital Marketing, Traditional Marketing, Analytics, and other cross-functional teams
  • Prepare accurate, production-ready files for print and digital distribution
  • Maintain and evolve Window Nation's visual identity while identifying opportunities to elevate the brand
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing shifting priorities and deadlines
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure all creative is accurate, polished, and on brand
