About The Position

Seldin, LLC is seeking a Graphic Designer at our Corporate office in Omaha, NE. This position will offer a competitive salary determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education. The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating various marketing pieces for the Seldin Company portfolio and assisting the Marketing Department with special projects as needed to meet the overall objectives of the department and company. They are responsible for aspects of graphic design that create engaging and creative materials that visually represent the company brand.

Requirements

• Two or more years of experience and/or schooling required
• High comfort level/experience using Adobe Creative Suite Required (InDesign & Photoshop)
• Strong design skills required
• High comfort level using Adobe Create Suite, specifically: InDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator

Nice To Haves

• A degree in marketing or graphic design is preferred
• Experience with brand development projects is a plus
• Experience using a DSLR camera and video editing is also preferred
• A multifamily or commercial real estate marketing background is a plus
