About The Position

Requirements

1–2 years of graphic design experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
Ability to prioritize jobs, multitask, and work autonomously.
Ability to determine the best output method based on customer needs.
Ability to sit and view a computer screen for long periods, four hours or more.
Ability to work under pressure while producing high-volume, high-quality work.

Responsibilities

Create computer-generated, full-color graphics and vinyl output for printing and mounting to substrates or for weeding, cutting, and application.
Complete or modify designs from customer drawings and files, or prepare customer-provided designs for output.
Determine the size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, select type style and size, and arrange layouts based on available space, aesthetic design, and production requirements.
Inspect jobs for accuracy before sending them to output.
Ensure the correct material is used for each job and that output device settings are accurate.
Maintain the customer logo library and convert graphic files.
Operate large-format printers.
