About The Position

We’re seeking a talented Graphic Designer to support the growth of our membership programs across a portfolio of leading home service brands. This role will partner closely with our Membership Marketing Manager to develop, refresh, and optimize membership marketing materials that drive enrollment, engagement, retention, and renewal. The ideal candidate is both creative and detail-oriented, capable of concepting new ideas while efficiently adapting and versioning materials across multiple brands and markets.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of graphic design experience in an agency, in-house marketing team, or similar environment.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating print, direct mail, email, and digital marketing work.
  • Experience creating customer-facing marketing materials with a focus on conversion and engagement.
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, branding, and visual storytelling.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organization.
  • Ability to work with urgency and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Experience with Canva and Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Figma and motion graphics is a plus but not required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Membership Marketing Manager to develop creative concepts and campaigns that support membership acquisition, retention, renewals, and customer engagement.
  • Help evolve and modernize membership program creative across our portfolio of brands.
  • Design customer-facing membership materials including: Direct mail, Email campaigns, Brochures and sell sheets, Membership guides, Landing page assets, In-home sales collateral.
  • Adapt membership campaigns and materials across multiple brands while maintaining each brand’s unique identity.
  • Manage creative versioning for different offers, markets, promotions, and membership programs.
  • Ensure consistency across all membership touchpoints while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing managers, designers, and operational stakeholders to bring ideas to life.
  • Participate in creative reviews and incorporate feedback efficiently.
  • Maintain organized project files and design assets to support collaboration across teams.
  • Balance multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality and accuracy.
