About The Position

Peraton is seeking a Graphic Designer to join their team onsite in McLean, Virginia. This role involves developing graphics, digital media, and other multimedia products, utilizing request management tools for high-quality customer support, and creating designs for a variety of written and digital products. The designer will develop concepts and implement designs for web pages, mobile applications, newsletters, ads, infographics, banners, illustrations, logos, and other digital content. Key responsibilities include ensuring products meet production standards, copyright laws, accessibility compliance, and public release clearances, as well as conducting technical quality checks and managing concepts in HTML/CSS for responsive design principles.

Requirements

  • 5 years with BS/BA, 9 years with no degree required
  • TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance required
  • Experience with leading the development of graphics, digital media, cartography, and other multimedia products
  • Experience with front-end web design, UI/UX, HTML/CSS
  • Experience with photography and video editing
  • Experience mentoring and trains junior staff
  • Experience creating graphics products that provide engaging and user-friendly experience
  • Experience creating graphic designs for a variety of written and digital products
  • Experience developing design concepts and implements designs for new web pages, mobile applications, newsletters, ads, infographics, banners, illustrations, logos, and other types of digital content presented online
  • Experience ensuring products conform to all production standards, copywrite laws, accessibility compliance requirements, public release clearances
  • Experience conducting technical quality checks
