About The Position

The Graphic Designer plays a key role in delivering high-quality, brand-aligned creative across Marcon’s corporate and project marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for executing design solutions across digital and physical channels, ensuring consistency, clarity, and alignment with brand standards and project positioning. A core focus of the role is the development of polished corporate and project presentation materials, including pitch decks and executive-facing content, that support both internal alignment and external communication. The Graphic Designer contributes to elevating Marcon’s visual identity while supporting marketing effectiveness through thoughtful, well-executed design. This is an opportunity to join a growing real estate and construction organization where design plays a critical role in how projects are communicated and experienced. You will work closely with Marketing, Development, and Sales teams to bring projects to life through compelling visual storytelling across a range of mediums. The role offers the ability to take ownership of design execution, working on everything from digital campaigns and branded content to presentation materials and experiential environments. You will contribute to shaping how Marcon presents itself in the market while continuously refining creative standards and processes.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in graphic design, digital design, or visual communications
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, print, and corporate presentation design (including pitch decks)
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, branding, and visual communication in a B2B environment
  • Experience designing for web, email, and social media platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently with strong attention to detail

  • Experience in real estate, development, or a related industry is an asset
