About The Position

This role develops and delivers visually compelling creative concepts for marketing and communication materials across all platforms. Working collaboratively with system members and the Communications & Marketing team, the designer produces work that effectively positions the organization as the health care provider of choice. Responsibilities include planning, managing, and executing high‑quality design projects that align with brand standards, creative briefs, and strategic communication goals. The role ensures all deliverables are produced efficiently, on time, within budget.

Requirements

Associate’s degree in graphic design plus 6 years of professional design experience.
Must demonstrate proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite applications, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in graphic design and a minimum of 2 years professional design experience
Experience in the healthcare field
