Requirements
- Strong design fundamentals and good creative instincts
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with AI-assisted creative workflows and emerging tools
- Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Positive attitude and collaborative mindset
- Someone who cares about the details because details always matter
- Minimum, a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Media Arts, or related field preferred
- Professional experience in design, agency, in-house, freelance, or equivalent creative work
- Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across mediums
- Candidates must already be on island (or relocating back soon) and ready to begin work within a month of offer.

- Photography, motion, video, or illustration skills are a plus
Responsibilities
- Design across print, digital, social, video, and environmental platforms
- Bring ideas from concept to execution with strong attention to craft and detail
- Collaborate with strategists, writers, clients, and creatives to create meaningful work
- Use AI-powered creative tools to accelerate ideation and production workflows
- Balance bold creative thinking with practical execution
- Contribute to brainstorming, storytelling, and campaign development
- Stay curious and continuously evolve your creative skills
