About The Position
Prowess Consulting is seeking a Graphic Designer to create clear, engaging, and scalable visual assets for a leading tech company, focusing on making complex Total Rewards programs easily understandable. This role is suited for a designer skilled in translating dense, information-heavy content into simple, compelling visual storytelling, with a strong foundation in editorial and systems design. The ideal candidate can create both individual assets and scalable templates, thrives in fast-paced environments, and enjoys collaborating with writers and project managers to meet tight deadlines.
Requirements
- Strong experience in visual design, with a focus on editorial and systems-based design approaches
- Strong creative instincts and the ability to develop compelling concepts and ideas
- Ability to simplify complex, content-heavy information into clear, effective visual formats
- Proficiency in standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail, particularly around consistency, formatting, and accessibility
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Washington.

- Ability to think beyond individual assets and create scalable design systems
- Experience with designing for enterprise or internal communications programs preferred

Responsibilities
- Design slides, email headers, digital assets, infographics, toolkits, guides
- Create visual systems/templates for repeatable campaigns
- Translate data and program details into simple visual narratives
- Maintain consistency with brand and accessibility standards
- Partner closely with the writer and PM on rapid-turn deliverables
