Requirements

• Proven professional experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
• Expert proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• A comprehensive understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.
• Exceptional creativity with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Nice To Haves

• Experience designing for a service-based industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
• Familiarity with digital marketing practices is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design a wide range of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, direct mail pieces, and vehicle graphics.
• Create engaging digital assets for our website, social media platforms, email marketing campaigns, and online advertisements.
• Uphold and evolve the company's brand guidelines, ensuring a consistent and professional visual identity across all communication channels.
• Collaborate with the management team to brainstorm and execute creative concepts for marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Prepare final artwork files for print and digital production, liaising with external suppliers when necessary.
• Translate technical service information into easy-to-understand and visually appealing infographics and diagrams.
• Support various departments with any ad-hoc design requirements.
