About The Position

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for supporting print and digital marketing deliverables, including but not limited to current real estate listings, research thought pieces, team business development, proposals, and presentations. The Graphic Designer will develop materials to communicate critical messages and key selling propositions, and develop unique creative approaches to each new project so the written and artistic messages are successfully integrated and carry a consistent theme. They will create illustrations, graphics, and concepts that add value to collateral materials, and implement and maintain a high standard of design, format and production, adhering to national design standards. The role requires developing a comprehensive knowledge of the real estate business in order to add creative input that strategically enhances new business materials. The Graphic Designer will participate as a strong team member of our Americas Marketing team, actively contributing to Americas Marketing initiatives, collaborating with the Local Marketing Lead, and Regional/National/Americas Design and Communications teams. Effective communication with other Marketing Team members and Project Leads is essential so that product is delivered accurately, on time and to the internal clients specifications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in design, graphics or the creative arts
  • 2 + years of graphic design experience of marketing and corporate materials
  • Proficiency in Adobe: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat –Expert
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite –Highly Proficient

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams –Desirable
  • Web design (Working knowledge of front-end development): Dreamweaver, WordPress, etc. –Desirable
  • Video editing capabilities (Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe After Effects) –Desirable
