About The Position

International Paper is seeking a Graphic Designer to join their Thorofare Retail team. This full-time salaried position involves developing graphics, 3D conceptual renderings, production art, and mockups for various design projects. The role requires technical design proficiency in preflighting art for print production and collaboration with sales, structural designers, project managers, the art director, and clients to understand creative requirements. The Graphic Designer will work independently, managing their creative content and schedule, and is expected to maintain a high level of productivity, creativity, accuracy, and strategic thinking. The position also involves dealing with ambiguity, problem-solving, and staying current with industry software and new technologies.

Requirements

BS or BA in related field or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 3 years of POP graphic design experience.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
Proficiency in FormZ, Strata or other comparable 3D modeling application.
Strong knowledge of offset lithographic, flexographic and digital printing processes and the requirements to be considered when developing artwork.
Excellent time management, organizational, communication, and Interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working on multiple projects under tight time constraints.
