About The Position

Graphic Designer Location: Greenfield, IN Pay: $18.50-20.00/hour About Novelty Inc. Novelty Inc. develops fun, trend-driven products sold through major retailers across the United States. We are looking for a creative and motivated Graphic Designer to join our team and help bring new products and packaging to life.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Basic understanding of typography, color, and layout
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Portfolio demonstrating design skills
• Experience with packaging design is a plus
• Familiarity with AI design tools is a plus
• Creative and eager to learn
• Positive attitude and willingness to accept feedback
• Organized and dependable
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Create artwork for products and packaging
• Update and revise existing designs as needed
• Follow brand standards and design guidelines
• Prepare files for print production
• Create product images, flyers, sales sheets, and web graphics
• Assist with product mockups and presentations
• Support the sales and marketing teams with visual materials
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Communicate project status and ask questions when needed
• Make revisions based on feedback
• Maintain organized project files and folders
• Save files according to company procedures
• Ensure final artwork is properly archived
