About The Position

DelRicht Research is seeking a full-time Graphic Design Coordinator to join its growing creative team. This role focuses on creating compelling visual communication for digital advertising, primarily for Facebook and Instagram, to help potential patients learn about clinical research opportunities and new treatments. The position is ideal for designers early in their careers who possess strong design skills and the ability to execute creative briefs. As the designer's skills develop, there will be opportunities for greater creative ownership of campaigns. The work directly contributes to the advancement of medicine by helping to bring new medications through the clinical research process toward FDA approval.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with professional-standard design tools, including Adobe Photoshop or other Adobe tools. Open to other tools such as Canva that allow for high-quality, production-ready work.
  • Strong hands-on graphic design skills, supported by a portfolio or body of work.
  • Ability to execute creative briefs and adapt designs to specified formats and technical requirements.
  • Ability to explain design choices, receive feedback, and make thoughtful revisions.
  • A detail-oriented approach and the ability to produce reliable work efficiently.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior paid-advertising experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Experience creating social advertising assets, especially Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn creative.
  • Video and audio editing, animation, motion graphics or dynamic typography skills.
  • Experience using AI-assisted creative tools while maintaining strong independent design skills and quality control.
  • A creative specialty or artistic interest that could bring something new to the team.
  • Coffee drinkers preferred…Tea drinkers accepted.

Responsibilities

  • Create graphics for patient-recruitment advertising, with a focus on digital and social formats.
  • Translate creative briefs into clear, visually engaging designs that communicate the intended message.
  • Create and edit media based on supplied specifications, including aspect ratios and dimensions.
  • Collaborate with the paid media team to develop assets and incorporate feedback.
  • Manage multiple design assignments while maintaining quality, accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Prepare creative for review and make revisions before assets go live, ensuring alignment with all deadlines.
  • Contribute fresh ideas and additional creative capabilities as your experience and strengths allow.
