About The Position

KH + Madden is seeking a curious and adaptable Graphic Designer who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role involves crafting standout brand campaigns and designing a wide range of visual assets, including full magazines, websites, web pages, emails, printed materials, social media ads and videos, proposals, editorial layouts, and digital and print display ads. The designer will take the lead on assigned accounts, collaborate with the Creative team, and deliver high-quality designs that elevate client brands. The position requires using design principles like imagery, typography, color, and composition to create impactful visuals and tell authentic stories. KH + Madden values intelligence, ambition, authenticity, and a willingness to learn, and does not have strict degree or experience requirements, focusing instead on a candidate's abilities and contributions.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead on assigned accounts and projects, working hand-in-hand with the Creative team and other collaborators to bring ideas to life.
• Deliver error-free, on-time, top-notch designs that exceed expectations and elevate our clients' brands.
• Use design principles (imagery, typography, color, and composition) to inspire, engage, and influence.
• Turn complex concepts into clear, impactful visuals, organizing a mix of written and visual content to tell authentic, emotional stories.
