About The Position

This is a 12-month contract assignment for a Graphic Designer. The role involves adapting and creating graphic designs tailored to the golf consumer, retailer, and company needs on a seasonal timeline. The designer will plan, design, and deliver original campaign creative, executing with high quality and minimal supervision. Collaboration with sales, merchandise, and marketing teams is key for new season concepts, print and digital campaigns, catalogue creation, sell sheets, training materials, event creative, and retail partner assets. The position requires an understanding of design quality and project efficiency, strong communication, and adherence to deadlines. Responsibilities include managing design freelancers and contracted photographers/videographers, overseeing asset sharing and file management, and staying current with trends to create relevant content and marketing designs. A proven ability to take ideas from concept to execution is essential.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years graphic design experience.
  • Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
  • Competency in Adobe Premiere Pro or related motion graphics tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines and deliverables.
  • Ensure consistency of all materials to brand guidelines.
  • Quick learner with ability to take direction and be proactive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong eye for detail and refinement.
  • Show self-motivation, maturity, drive and the desire to learn and grow professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Work with sales, merchandise, marketing teams on new season concepts, print and digital campaigns, catalogue creation and sell sheets, training material, event creative, and retail partner assets.
  • Understand design quality and project efficiency, maintaining strong communication with relevant team members.
  • Ensure adherence to deadlines and timelines.
  • Manage and direct relationships with design freelancers and/or contracted photographers/videographers, when necessary.
  • Maintain and oversee asset sharing and file management on internal network.
  • Keep up with trends and current events to create relevant content and marketing designs.
