About The Position

As a Graphic Designer at Maronda Homes, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling and on-brand creative assets that support marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels. This role plays a key part in shaping and maintaining the visual identity of the brand, ensuring consistency and quality across all touchpoints. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to bring campaigns to life through thoughtful design, enhance customer engagement, and elevate Maronda Homes’ overall brand presence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of professional graphic design experience (preferably in marketing or advertising).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and branding work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva.
  • Experience designing for digital platforms, including social media, web, and email.
  • Understanding of responsive design and basic UI/UX principles.
  • Strong attention to detail, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to take creative direction, provide input, and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce high-quality visual assets for digital and print, including social media graphics, digital ads, email templates, brochures, signage, and sales materials.
  • Maintain and evolve Maronda Homes’ brand standards to ensure consistency across all platforms and materials.
  • Translate marketing objectives into visually engaging, conversion-focused creative.
  • Ensure all creatives align with brand guidelines, messaging, and overall campaign goals.
  • Create engaging visuals for social media, website, landing pages, and blog content.
  • Design user-friendly and visually appealing website elements and page layouts.
  • Support UI/UX considerations to improve digital experience and engagement.
  • Help design and optimize email templates and campaigns, ensuring mobile responsiveness and visual impact.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and marketing team members to create cohesive, high-performing campaigns.
  • Contribute to A/B testing of design elements to improve performance.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing team members to support campaigns, community launches, and promotions.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
  • Organize and maintain creative assets within shared systems and libraries.
  • Analyze performance of creative assets and recommend design improvements based on data and insights.
  • Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate creative output.
