It defines how we speak, what we stand for, and how customers experience us across every touchpoint. The Graphic Designer will own the voice, narrative, and messaging systems for Sans. This role is responsible for translating brand strategy into clear, compelling, and consistent storytelling across organic channels, post-purchase experiences, and physical touchpoints. This role reports to the Creative Director and partners closely with Brand, Creative, Product, Lifecycle, and eCommerce. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller and systems thinker - someone who can define how a brand speaks, not just execute within it.
