About The Position

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to create compelling digital and print assets that align with our brand and marketing goals. This role involves developing advertising templates and campaigns, brainstorming design concepts, and ensuring all creative output is error-free and up-to-date with current design trends. The Graphic Designer will also provide support to the Marketing Team as needed.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer for 3-5 years
• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or closely related field
• Demonstrable graphic design skills and strong portfolio
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Acrobat
• Extensive computer proficiency
• Ability to produce and edit small videos or willingness to learn these skills independently
• Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism
• Ability to present design ideas professionally and coherently
• Great time management skills and ability to multi-task

Nice To Haves

• Detail-oriented and organized
• Eager to learn and take initiative
• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Basic understanding of marketing, production, branding, advertising

Responsibilities

• Create digital and print pieces that support brand and marketing objectives
• Develop and implement advertising templates and campaigns with guidance from team
• Brainstorm, mock up and present designs for review
• Review design and text for errors before publishing or printing
• Research trending design styles and applications to keep brand aesthetics up-to-date
• Support Marketing Team as required
