About The Position

We're looking for a full‑time Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life with clarity, craft, and consistency. This role sits inside our in‑house creative team - a small, talented group that supports brand, marketing, product, and internal initiatives. You'll work closely with our creative leadership to concept, design, refine, and deliver high‑quality work across a wide range of mediums. This role also requires a designer who's comfortable working with AI‑assisted creative tools - using them to speed up exploration, generate variations, refine concepts, and enhance workflow efficiency. AI won't replace your craft; it will amplify it. If you're the type who cares about the details, owns your deadlines, and can move from concept to polished execution without hand‑holding, you'll fit right in.

Responsibilities

Create high‑quality design work across digital, print, social, environmental, and presentation formats
Translate brand guidelines into fresh, consistent visual solutions
Collaborate with creative leadership on concepts, campaigns, and storytelling
Use AI tools to support ideation, generate design variations, and streamline production workflows
Manage multiple projects at once and communicate proactively about timelines
Prepare production‑ready files for print and digital delivery
Contribute to team critiques, bring ideas, and help elevate the overall creative output
Support internal partners with design needs while maintaining brand integrity
