About The Position
As an Entry Level Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for our online training courses, marketing materials, and website. You will work closely with our instructional design and marketing teams to ensure that our brand and messaging are consistent and engaging.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for design and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
Responsibilities
- Design and create graphics for online training courses, including illustrations, infographics, and animations
- Develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media graphics
- Collaborate with the instructional design team to create visually appealing and effective course materials
- Assist with the design and maintenance of the company website
- Ensure all designs are consistent with the company's brand guidelines
- Keep up-to-date with design trends and techniques to continuously improve our visual communication
