About The Position

Next Gen Ventures builds the technology that powers modern, social-first gaming experiences. Through our proprietary sportsbook and casino engine, we enable partners to launch their own fully branded, legally compliant gaming products. Headquartered in Boston with operations in Monterrey Mexico, Barcelona Spain, and Atlanta Georgia, we’re scaling rapidly and building a team passionate about redefining how people play, socialize and connect with each other. As a Graphic Designer, you will be supporting the NextGen Ventures creative team. Your main responsibility will be to help design high quality creative assets across marketing platforms while helping with broader marketing initiatives when necessary. The ideal candidate can take ownership of their part in the project and drive it to completion, has a strong understanding of layout, visual hierarchy, and thrives in a fast paced, collaborative environment. This role also allows the designer to gain experience and be trained in any of the other areas the creative team is involved in.

Requirements

• Strong graphic design skills with a desire to expand your current skillset
• Experience that can be applied to creating paid ad creative
• Proficiency in Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of typography, color, layout, visual hierarchy, and attention to detail
• Must have a strong portfolio demonstrating high quality creative execution

Responsibilities

• Support the design of high quality creative assets across advertising channels
• Iterate quickly on concepts provided by senior designers to create similar but re-targeted creative
• Collaborate closely with the marketing teams to execute creative direction
• Compose strong visual layouts that apply platform best practices
• Prepare and deliver production ready creative assets using modern and AI driven tools
