About The Position

Prowess Consulting is seeking a Graphic Designer experienced with internal employee communications to create clear, engaging, and scalable visual assets for a leading tech company. The role focuses on making complex Total Rewards programs easy to understand through visual storytelling. The ideal candidate excels at translating dense, information-heavy content into simple, compelling visuals, with a strong foundation in editorial and systems design. This position requires the ability to create both one-off assets and repeatable templates that scale across programs. The role is suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys collaborating closely with writers and project managers to deliver high-quality work on tight timelines.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in visual design, with a focus on editorial and systems-based design approaches
  • Experience with designing for enterprise or internal communications programs
  • Strong creative instincts and the ability to develop compelling concepts and ideas
  • Ability to simplify complex, content-heavy information into clear, effective visual formats
  • Proficiency in standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly around consistency, formatting, and accessibility
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Washington.

Responsibilities

  • Design slides, email headers, digital assets, infographics, toolkits, guides
  • Create visual systems/templates for repeatable campaigns
  • Translate data and program details into simple visual narratives
  • Maintain consistency with brand and accessibility standards
  • Partner closely with the writer and PM on rapid-turn deliverables
