About The Position

CESO is a nationally recognized architecture and engineering firm seeking a Graphic Designer to support its brand efforts by producing visually compelling marketing materials. This position is responsible for formatting and designing presentations, digital content, and internal communications. The Graphic Designer brings creative energy, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to a wide range of assignments. Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Graphic Design or related field is required.
• 0-3 years of professional experience is preferred.
• Computer skills necessary to enter daily timesheet data and use Microsoft Outlook for email correspondence.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• An exceptional eye for detail in layout, content, and typography.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• Time management skills.
• A talent for creativity and problem-solving.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Certifications such as Adobe Certified Professional, or other recognized industry credentials, are valued but not required.

Responsibilities

• Design and format proposals, qualifications, presentations, and marketing collateral in alignment with brand standards.
• Create visual content for social media, event materials, and internal communications, optimized for both print and digital use.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical staff to translate written content into clear and compelling visuals.
• Support the development and maintenance of templates, icons, and other brand assets.
• Assist with photo selection, resizing, and image library maintenance.
• Contribute to internal design requests, signage, and promotional items.
• Participate in peer reviews and incorporate feedback to improve design quality and consistency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
