About The Position

This is a hands-on Graphic Designer role focused on execution, supporting high-volume, retail-driven creative. The designer will be responsible for bringing weekly ads, in-store signage, and digital assets to life in a clear, compelling, and brand-consistent manner. This is an in-office position requiring close collaboration with marketing, merchandising, and operations teams to ensure strong messaging at every customer touchpoint. The role directly impacts how customers perceive and shop the stores, driving traffic, sales, and customer trust through creative work from weekly ads to aisle signage.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in graphic design or art direction
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Experience with print production and high-volume layout work
  • Ability to balance speed and quality under tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail, especially with pricing and promotional accuracy
  • Clear communicator who can take direction and execute quickly

Nice To Haves

  • Retail, grocery, or promotional design experience
  • Experience with social content production or basic motion graphics
  • Familiarity with digital platforms (email, web, app assets)
  • Understanding of promotional strategy and customer-facing messaging
