Requirements

3–5 years professional graphic design experience.
Strong portfolio showcasing visual design skills.
Exceptional taste and attention to detail.
Expert proficiency in design tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Google Slides, Figma etc.).
Current design trends knowledge and understanding of best practices.
Startup adaptability – comfortable with tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

Nice To Haves

B2B tech/SaaS experience is preferred.
Experience with presentation tools (Figma Slides, PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote).
Previous work at AI/ML or enterprise software companies.
Familiarity with AI tools for design acceleration (optional but appreciated).

Responsibilities

Create high-impact sales decks and presentations for enterprise deals.
Develop customizable pitch templates for different buyer personas.
Design case studies showcasing customer ROI and success stories.
Produce social media content, paid campaign materials, and growth ads.
Create product marketing materials for launches, feature updates, and newsletters.
Design infographics to simplify complex concepts.
Develop reports, whitepapers, and thought leadership materials.
Create event materials and branded assets.
Build brand-consistent templates and reusable components for design systems.
Design data visualizations and charts for marketing materials.
Provide cross-functional design support as the company grows.
