About The Position

Two Circles is hiring a mid-weight Graphic Designer for its Rights Management division in Kansas City, US. The role works closely with clients to develop partnership campaigns and activation concepts for brands and sports properties, creating high-quality marketing materials across print and digital formats, including presentations. The designer will collaborate with a US-based sales team and maintain close communication with the creative team in the UK. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, agile, resilient, positive, and interested in growing within the sports industry.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Good understanding of presentation software, including Keynote and PowerPoint.
• Good understanding of preparing materials for print and digital presentations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with quick turnarounds.
• Good time management and workflow organization.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently when required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Graphic design qualification or similar.

Nice To Haves

• Understanding of After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Experience working in an agency or fast-paced work environment.
• Knowledge of and passion for the sports industry.
• Creative thinking and ongoing engagement with advertising, marketing, and sports.
