About The Position

TMRW Sports is seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organized Graphic Designer to join its Creative team. Reporting to the Art Director, the designer will help create and maintain brand standards for TMRW Sports, TGL presented by SoFi, WTGL, and an upcoming flag football league developed in partnership with the NFL. The role collaborates with internal stakeholders and Creative team members in a fast-paced, collaborative, transparent, and collegial environment.

The work spans traditional and digital promotion, social media assets, collateral, logo design, internal and external communications, motion design, and merchandise. The designer will help evolve the organization’s brands, develop solutions and content across multiple media, support sales and marketing initiatives, contribute to strategic creative planning, and manage projects from concept through completion.

TMRW Sports builds modern approaches in sports, media, and entertainment, creating leagues and experiences for new generations of fans. Its first project is TGL presented by SoFi, a primetime team golf league in partnership with the PGA TOUR. The company is also developing WTGL in partnership with the LPGA and men’s and women’s professional flag football leagues in partnership with the NFL and 32 Equity.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of print or digital design experience in a fast-paced professional creative production environment.
• Strong collaboration skills and a proven track record of working cross-functionally with internal teams.
• Intermediate knowledge of and passion for sports.
• Understanding of current social and digital media technologies and trends.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, industry tools, technologies, and techniques.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and other presentation software.
• Strong critical-thinking, active-listening, and communication skills.
• Willingness to pitch in on tasks of any size and to learn and grow creatively.
• Availability during and ahead of competition hours, which may include evenings and weekends.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a growing company.

Responsibilities

• Assist the evolution of TMRW Sports and related brands, including TGL presented by SoFi and WTGL.
• Translate marketing needs into innovative, highly dynamic digital solutions.
• Ideate and develop content for motion graphics, interactive screens and digital signage, live show visuals, brand installations, merchandise, social media, and user experiences.
• Work with internal Digital and Social teams to bring ideas to life in meaningful, engaging ways that align with current trends and brands.
• Collaborate with sales teams to prepare and deliver on-brand, engaging sales decks, pitches, and mockups.
• Contribute to strategic planning for creative and brand projects, bringing a fresh, forward-thinking approach to creative direction and content for campaigns, creative executions, and company and brand goals.
• Manage projects from concept to completion.
• Ensure work meets a high level of creativity, innovation, and brand association.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
