About The Position

Responsible for developing both digital/print design projects for social posts, paid digital, brochures, logos, posters, infographics and advertisements and editing short-form videos for marketing purposes. This position is based in Seattle/Redmond Washington.

Requirements

Keen eye for aesthetics and details
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently without supervision
Ability to handle multiple projects and last-minute changes quickly
Degree in graphic design, art or marketing or at least 3 years of experience in graphic design for marketing material
Familiarity with design software and technologies – Photoshop, Dreamweaver, InDesign, Illustrator

Responsibilities

Develops graphics, illustrations, and other creative materials for the web, social, and other digital platforms that is on-brand, reinforces our reputation, and is appropriate for our various audiences.
Lead graphic design expertise with the AI agents, providing on-going instruction to teach the agents/bots what is on brand visually.
Development and on-going maintenance of a database of ready-to-go assets (still and video) that the agents can access to develop marketing communications (social posts, blogs, digital ads, etc.)
Design and layout of materials for internal communications and business materials.
Develop creative and engaging promotional, short-form video to promote the brand through different social media platforms and the website.
Collaborate with team members to create designs that meet business needs and align with overall marketing strategies
