About The Position

Arc is on a mission to electrify the marine industry, rethinking powertrains, software, and vessel designs. The company has proven technology and is scaling production, extending its platform to commercial applications. Arc is looking for a Graphic Designer to help shape a category-defining brand. This role is ideal for someone with exceptional taste, a deep care for details, and the ability to move between creative problem-solving and hands-on execution. The designer will contribute across a wide range of brand touchpoints and help build a visual identity that feels distinctly Arc. This is a full-time, on-site role at their Los Angeles headquarters, reporting to the Senior Creative Manager within a lean, highly collaborative team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of graphic design experience at a consumer brand, startup, agency, or creative studio.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative work across digital, social, web, print, and brand applications.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of typography, composition, visual hierarchy, and brand systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of craft.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to receive and apply feedback.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with premium consumer, technology, automotive, outdoor, or lifestyle brands.
  • Motion design, animation, or video editing experience.
  • Digital production, photo retouching, or on set experience.
  • Experience supporting experiential marketing, events, or environmental Graphics.
  • Passion for design that evokes emotion and drives action.
  • Enthusiasm for boating, watersports, the outdoors, or emerging technology.

Responsibilities

  • Designing across a wide range of brand touchpoints including social media, web, email, events, presentations, advertising, and print collateral.
  • Supporting the development and evolution of Arc's visual identity across digital and physical experiences.
  • Translating creative briefs into thoughtful, on-brand design solutions that communicate with clarity and purpose.
  • Collaborating closely with marketing, sales, product, and experience teams to bring campaigns and initiatives to life.
  • Preparing production-ready files and working with vendors to ensure quality execution.
  • Organizing and maintaining creative assets, templates, and design systems that scale across the organization.
  • Contributing to creative reviews, brainstorming sessions, and campaign development.
